The following ‘healthy snack guidelines’ allow for consumption of options such as baked chips, pretzels, cereal bars, and yogurts, only if the following parameters are met per package:
- No more than 200 total calories
- No more than 35% calories from fat
- No more than 10% calories from saturated fat
- No more than 35% sugar by weight
- No more than 480 milligrams sodium
